Krause+ is committed to partnering with tenants to reduce the environmental impact at our commercial and residential real estate properties. In 2020, work was done to align energy, water, and waste calculations at our commercial properties with Krause Group global CSR metrics. That commercial baseline was adjusted this year with the inclusion of our residential properties. Energy and water intensity increased due to the addition of 200 East Grand, and we are excited to begin making improvements from this new baseline moving forward.
